FAQ

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Due to our customisation process, we estimate a 3-4 week wait for shipping, waiting times may be extended during sale times and holiday season. but we promise it'll be worth the wait!  The Average waiting time is 10 - 15 business days.

Can I get it printed without my child's name?

Yes, we can print it without a name and just the design. Simply enter ‘leave it blank’ in the name section and our production team will print your order without personalisation.

Do you provide a refund or replacement?

If the error is made by us, please contact us within 2 weeks from delivery and we are happy to help fix it for you. Please double-check your spelling on items at checkout.

Can I get help with my order?

Yes of course, either send us a message or an email and we can help guide you through the process.

Can I get my order shipped faster?

No, unfortunately due to the customisation process, we cannot get through any orders any faster.

Can I make changes to my order?

No, unfortunately, once your order has been processed and your customised design has been made we cannot make changes. Please double-check check your details are correct at checkout.

Can I change the font?

No, unfortunately we do not alter the fonts. We have specifically chosen a general script font for each boys and girls designs.

Will I receive a proof of my design after I order?

No, with high order demands,  we are unable to send design proofs as it would affect our orders shipping times.
